We’re thrilled to announce the release of version 3.29.0, marking a significant advancement in our automated billing capabilities.

With this release, you can now effortlessly create invoices directly from meter readings, streamlining your billing process like never before. Whether you prefer a manual approach or a fully automated system, the choice is yours. Once a reading is accepted, an invoice can be automatically generated for the service contract partner linked to the reading through its meter and contract.

For those who value efficiency, if the service contract partner is set to receive consolidated invoices, all their readings will be combined into a single invoice according to the specified billing frequency. Prefer a more hands-on approach? Simply disable the automatic feature in Settings > Readings, allowing you to filter and select the readings you wish to invoice. Then, with a click of the “Bill readings” button in the toolbar, you’re all set.
