Project

Project is a time- and/or budget-constrained activity required to achieve the company's objectives, resulting in asset creation or cost generation. A project consolidates all related activities.

Example: construction work, event organization

Subproject

Subproject is an additional task related to an ongoing project, possessing characteristics typical of the main project and carried out within its framework.

Example: additional workload not initially planned in the main project, requiring separate financial accounting.

Task

A task is an activity or a set of activities carried out to achieve project objectives.

Example: procurement, construction logs, approvals, warranty period monitoring, etc.

Subtask

A subtask is an activity performed to achieve the goals of the main task.

A subtask can also serve as a primary task, having its own subtasks.

Example: an independent description of warranty-related defect work and its execution monitoring, separate procurement-related activities, etc.

Document

A document is any recorded information on a data carrier that is created or received in the course of an organization's or individual's activities, with sufficient content, form, and structure to provide evidence of activities or facts.

Document Numbering

Document numbering is a systematic and structured method of assigning unique identifiers to documents to facilitate their registration, tracking, archiving, and retrieval.

Correspondence

All important company-related correspondence is registered and assigned a corresponding type. Attached documents with a specific registry (e.g., contracts) are recorded in the appropriate register. Incoming general letters such as powers of attorney (except personnel-related), warranty letters, reminders, applications, approvals, etc., are registered as general letters (classified according to the systematic letter type).
